The postage costs quoted are for parcels sent within the UK only but we are
happy to send goods overseas.
Please use the email link on any page to contact me for the cost
of shipping to destinations outside the UK before you place
your order.
I will then quote the appropriate price and follow it with an
invoice if you wish to proceed with the purchase.

To save on postage we can arrange to bring your purchases to a convenient
Toy Fair (dates are on the "Toy Fair" Page). You can also arrange to
collect goods that we sell on the website from our shop
which is in The Buttermarket Shopping Centre in Newark on Trent.
All you need to do is email or ring me.

from the navigation column on each page.

I strive to
post goods within 24 hours of receiving payment and send most of our parcels
by Royal Mail. They usually take between 3 and 5 days to arrive.
Overseas
parcels are sent by Airmail small package service. Delivery times vary
depending on the destination.
Please contact
me should your parcel appear to be delayed so that I can contact Royal Mail
to track it. |
We aim to sell
goods in pristine condition, new and in maker's packaging and have
experienced very few problems with the quality of the merchandise.
Should
any item be found to be faulty or not as expected, please notify me within 7
days of receipt and I will work with you to resolve any issues.
This may be
a replacement or refund depending on the problem. |
