Tom Ryan
Captain
Tom Ryan is the leader of the special forces unit that often
aids Professor Nick Cutter and his team. Ryan joined the army at
17, saw active service in both gulf wars, ex-SAS, he
transferred to a special elite unit, engaged in top secret
operations at the age of 35.
He
once led an army walking team to the South Pole and back in
record time and commented that it was chilly on his return. He
has made several incursions into the Anomaly and knows all
too well of its dangers.

Hesperonis
Hesperonis is
an extinct genus of flightless aquatic birds that lived
during the Late Cretaceous period. They were very large
birds, reaching up to 2 metres (6.5 feet) in length.
Possessing virtually no wings Hesperonis swim using
their powerful hind legs.
Like many other Mesozoic birds such as
Ichthyornis, they had teeth to help them hold prey,
mainly fish.
They hunted in the waters of the North
American Inland Sea which then were tropical waters.
According to Helen Cutter, who shoos them off by throwing
small stones, they "tend to be more dumb than
violent, only attacking when they're in a panic or
disturbed."

This Playset
includes an electronic ‘Time anomaly’ featuring light and sound FX. It
also has lenticular prehistoric era’s that change when viewed and magnetic
areas to attach two special accessories. Also included are two deadly
carnivorous Hesperonis creatures, perimeter lighting stands, a weapons rack
plus a Captain Tom Ryan Figure.
